This week, OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT) officially launched “Sora,” its new text-to-video AI tool, as part of its "12 Days of Ship-mas" event.

  • Sora is included with ChatGPT Plus ($20/month) for up to 50 videos at 720p.

  • ChatGPT Pro users ($200/month) get up to 500 videos at 1080p, longer durations, and watermark-free downloads.

Although Sora is accessible in many countries, it’s not yet available in most of Europe or the UK.

This week, Adobe Photoshop (beta) updated the popular “Object Selection Tool,” now allowing users to isolate specific areas of a subject by hovering over their face or body.

You can select specific people or features like hair, eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, facial skin, and upper body skin from a list or by hovering over them.
